Products purchased through the website will be subject to the shipping conditions and delivery chosen by the customer and available on the site. The information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer. The deadlines chosen for dispatch and delivery are counted from when the purchase order and the means of payment used are validated, considering only the business days for compliance with said deadline.
Pinche Picante will deliver to the address provided by you within the Argentine territory. You can only deliver to a residential, office or business address where there are occupants of legal age who can receive the merchandise. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, except on holidays and situations of force majeure or fortuitous cause. All deliveries will be accompanied by a delivery note. The user will be notified of the first visit through a text message, whatsapp or email sent to the registered data, if the user is absent, the second visit will be made after coordination with the user and will have an additional cost equal to the scheduled shipment, If on the second attempt the customer is absent again, a third delivery attempt will also be made at an additional cost for the same scheduled shipment. .
Return and exchange policy
It is our policy to grant the right to return any product purchased at pinchepicante.com within two (2) days from the date of receipt if it is in poor condition and / or damaged or with a previous expiration date.
Any item purchased and returned in its original packaging and / or packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted back. The client will not have to provide any explanation.
It is the responsibility of pinchepicante.com, to replace said item or product or make a refund if the client requests it. This action will take a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return.
To make the return, the customer must communicate it through the contact form on the site.
If the cause of the return was that the returned product does not correspond to what was requested in the order, pinchepicante.com will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is NOT satisfaction of the same, we will refund the amount failing that but NOT the shipping costs or expenses for the return.
